Newborn Session | A Golfer’s Son | Baby Nicholas

Meet Nicholas!

I’m so excited to share this baby boy’s newborn session with all of you. The Gibb family came into my Circle C studio on baby’s 10th day of birth. We incorporated a golf ball with their family name because guess what? Dad’s a professional golfer! Big brother also joined in on the session giving all the attention to momma and baby Nicholas. It took some bribing, but he was so much fun to interact with.

I’m Thankful for Newborn Sessions

The infant stage is so fleeting and magical. As a mom of 3 and a photographer, it’s very important to help my clients hold on to these memories as long as possible. I’m so thankful to meet such amazing families that trust me completely and give me entire creative control to make their family or newborn session a great one.

Meet Bentley.

This tiny is the cousin of Westin whom we photographed a couple months back. They drove up from San Antonio (1.5 hours away) the night before their newborn session. She was a light 5 lbs baby that slept like a dream and never once made a fuss. Her gallery was superb and filled with great ideas similar to Westin’s session.

Austin, TX Newborn Photographer~ Vera 14 days

This session was really special to me. Last year, when I was super pregnant with my third child I got a last minute inquiry for a newborn session. Anna and Massie’s little boy was born a month early and they needed a session. Anna opted for the babies first year package, which means I saw the 3 of them ever couple months to document a new stage in little Gunnar’s life. So as soon as Anna announced she was expecting baby 2 and it was a girl she let me know. Finally, little Vera arrived and I was just as excited to photograph her first newborn session. The only difference being Massie, Anna, Gunnar are moving to VA in August and I won’t be able to document Vera’s first year like I did for her brother. I get emotionally attached to my loyal repeat clients and when they leave I get really sad. Watching little ones grow up on Facebook just isn’t the same as photographing them yourself. I spend several hours looking at these little ones faces. Not just through my viewfinder on my camera but afterwards on my computer screen editing their galleries. I will miss this little family but I know the move will be great for them. With 2 under 2 Anna and Massie will love to have family around for Gunnar and Vera to grow up with.
